Lethoff provides technical support for all of its products and services.  Support problems that do not impede critical customer product or service functions are provided all year from 9AM to 6PM Monday through Friday eastern US time zone.  Critical problems are addressed 24/7 365 days a year. 

Almost all support requests are handled via email to support@lethoff.com and this is the recommended reporting tool for all customers during normal working hours.  This assures that all support people are continually updated on all open support requests.  After hours support calls can be made toll-free to (877) 355-0299 extension 88.
